PORT CHARLOTTE — The North committed four errors in the Florida State League All-Star Game on Saturday night. Technically, the fielding blunder that cost it the game wasn’t one of them.

North shortstop Arismendy Alcantara threw away a potential double-play grounder in the eighth, allowing the South’s J.T. Realmuto to score the go-ahead run. Since the throw was part of a would-be double play, it couldn’t be classified as an error.
