The owners of a property that at one time was home to a gas station and boat dealership and now sits abandoned at the gateway of the Parkside Community Redevelopment Area, are asking the Charlotte County Commission to rezone it to allow for the possible use of a used car
dealership.

County commissioners will review and vote on the application during a public hearing at the county’s regular land use meeting Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the County Administration Building.
