Rays release Cust, trim parent club roster to 32

PORT CHARLOTTE — Tampa Bay trimmed six players from major league camp on Saturday, bringing the number of players on the spring roster to 32.

The Rays reassigned pitchers Dane De La Rosa and Kirby Yates and infielders Leslie Anderson and Cole Figueroa and outfielder Rich Thompson to minor league camp, and the team released designated hitter Jack Cust.
