Unblemished Tarpons blank Pirates

PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte High School sophomore Alexander Guzman moved up to No. 1 singles when teammate Grant Rumreich had to work Wednesday.
Guzman delivered with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Port Charlotte’s D.J. Botts as the Tarpons won 7-0 to stay unbeaten.
