Jeanne Lorraine Nadeau

Jeanne Lorraine Nadeau, 78, of Venice, Fla., went “Home” to be with her Lord, Monday, Dec. 3, 2012.

She was born in Malahide Township, Ontario, Canada, Nov. 15, 1934.

Jeanne moved to Michigan in 1967, and then to Florida in 197,7 and was a resident of the Sarasota, Fla., and Englewood, Fla., areas for 35 years. She was a faithful member and servant of the Lord at West Coast Church AG of Englewood.

She is survived by her sisters, Violet McCann of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Kathy Jarvis of Palmetto, Fla., and Marie Kent of Chatham, Ontario, Canada; brothers, John Kostuk and Jim Kostuk, both of Chatham, Ken Kostuk of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Jeanne was preceded in death by her only son, Byron Freeman; and sister, June Romp.

A graveside prayer service will be held at 2:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2403 Englewood Road, Englewood, with Pastor Dan Turpin and Pastor Ron Jarvis officiating.

Arrangements were made in Port Charlotte, Fla.
