Charlotte G. Massolio, 95, of North Port, Fla., passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at Tidewell Hospice House in Englewood, Fla.

She was born June 25, 1917 in Chicago, Ill., and moved to Port Charlotte, Fla., in 1960.

Charlotte was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte.

She is survived by three sons, John C. Massolio Jr. of Brandon, Fla., Donald V. Massolio of Venice, Fla., and William J. Massolio of North Port; one daughter, Charmaine Helms of Boise, Idaho; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, John Massolio; son, James Massolio; and great-grandchild, Jay Massolio.

A committal service and inurnment will be held at noon Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte. Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family and sign the memory book.
