Vivian L. Kiernan, 84, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2012 at the Tidewell Hospice House in Venice after a short illness. She was born on July 21, 1928 to the late Gertrude and Harvey Gagne in Meriden, CT. She lived in Meriden until her retirement. She and her husband moved to North Port, FL in 1986. She was the loving wife of her late husband, David.

She is survived by her son, Scott and daughter in law, Linda of North Port, FL and her son, Kevin and daughter in law, Patricia of Southington, CT and grandsons, Kevin and Matthew of Southington, CT; her sisters, Muriel Seitlinger of Yalesville, CT and Lynne Stankiwicz and brother in law, Edward of Old Lyme , CT. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
