PUNTA GORDA — A former local corrections officer was arrested Monday for videotaping a sexual encounter with a woman and uploading it to the Internet without her consent, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

Nicholas Robert Fornaro, 26, of Edgewater, Md., faces charges of distributing obscene material and video voyeurism.
