Stuff-A-Belly changes name to North Port Family Restaurant

A new sign for the North Port Family Restaurant has replaced the one that said Stuff-A-Belly, at 14525 Tamiami Trail. The owners are the same, but said customers said it was time for a name change.

NORTH PORT — Stuff-A-Belly Diner is no more. Instead the newly renovated eatery has been renamed the North Port Family Restaurant.
The name change was prompted by customer input, said owner Mike Halas.
