SARASOTA COUNTY — A week after the North Port City Commission voted down an invitation to negotiate for the management of Warm Mineral Springs Day Spa, the Sarasota County Commission is giving the city 30 days to explain its issues with the proposal.

“They need to give us feedback on items they want to change on the invitation,” County Commission Chairwoman Christine Robinson said Tuesday.
