PORT CHARLOTTE — The inaugural Parkside International Fall Festival kicks off its two-day run Saturday, and organizers are hoping the event will bring the community together and showcase the Parkside neighborhood in a positive light.

Organizer Janet Walker said Tuesday that the festival is presented by Team Port Charlotte, and will feature tons of family-oriented fun, with food from around the world, games, vendors, an arts and crafts fair, and live entertainment.
