Does everyone in the world have the right to clean water?
Although it’s easy to say yes, a more accurate answer might be, “It depends,” according to William Blomquist, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Adjunct Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Purdue Indianapolis. Blomquist was a panelist Friday in a discussion on clean water as a human right held by the Friends of Boca Grande Community Center.
