Tickets go on sale Friday for the Venice Theatre appearance next February of song-and-dance man Ben Vereen.

The Tony Award winner (“Pippin’”) is one of the
biggest stars to play Venice in recent years.
His one-man show is expected to be a sell-out.
His new show, “Steppin’ Out Live With Ben Vereen,” is a tribute to Broadway, stars such as Frank
Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. and also autobiographic with song and dance numbers and
plenty of humor, according to a release from the theater. Jan. 30 Vereen was inducted into the
Theater Hall of Fame.
