Golden Anniversary open house planned for Elsie Quirk Library
Elsie Quirk Library, today, has undergone five expansions and a recent renovation since its opening in 1962. It is located at 100 W. Dearborn St. in the heart of Olde Englewood Village.

Library lovers won’t want to miss Elsie Quirk Library’s 50th anniversary open house scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. Saturday.
The Friends of Elsie Quirk Library will be hosting an all-day party and everyone is invited. The event will begin with a flag-raising ceremony led by Boy Scout Troop 26 and the older Venture Crew Scouts.
