Grove City Manor seeks mobile unit for medical care

Joan Freiberger is extremely grateful for her small, handicap-accessible apartment at Grove City Manor.

The low-income, independent-living facility for senior citizens located along Gasparilla Pines Boulevard in Grove City is home to 101 residents who would have nowhere to live without it.
