Emma Hildebrand, a student member of Suncoast Writers Guild, is a very talented young lady. Her writings were in the Guild’s 2012 Anthology, she also won a prize for a poem she submitted to the February Book Festival writing contest. She lives in Illinois, and shares writing with her grandmother, Betsy Kreminski who belongs to the Guild. Emma recently came to visit. I got together with her, Betsy and Diana Harris, coordinator of the Book Festival and columnist for this newspaper, at Country Hound Cafe in Englewood. A very nice get-together, not only great food, but a wonderful chat with a creative gal.
