ENGLEWOOD — Pine Lake residents are happy that a new phase of construction at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club means Neal Communities won’t be sucking any more water from their lake.

In 2012, Neal purchased the 500 remaining undeveloped lots in Boca Royale, a development that was started by Tampa developer George Thompson Sr. in the early 1970s. Neal Communities’ goal is to build 180 new homes for the phase now under construction.
