ENGLEWOOD — Lemon Bay High School said goodbye to longtime principal Dan Jeffers Thursday with a send-off that was equal parts roast and heartfelt farewell.
Teachers, colleagues, former School Board members and a students spoke of the fond memories they had of their time spent with Jeffers during his more than 32 years with the Charlotte County school system.
