SARASOTA COUNTY — When the North Port City Commission voted 3-2 to sell the city’s stake in Warm Mineral Springs last week, it left Sarasota County commissioners angry, confused and perhaps, most importantly, wondering about the future of the day spa.

“The city and the county came together in a mutual partnership on Warm Mineral Springs, and I’m disappointed and unsure of the future of (it),” said County Commission Chairwoman Christine Robinson.
