Freshman walk-on Nick Dionisio has been a valuable addition to the Brevard College (N.C.) basketball team.

The Port Charlotte High School graduate turned down scholarship offers from lower-division programs in order to walk on for the Division II Tornados. He is one of seven true freshmen listed on the roster of 12.
