The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
• David Claudio Becerra, 32, 1200 block of S.E. 4th Ave., Arcadia. Charge: lewd and lascivious behavior by person over 18 with victim under 16. Bond: $10,000.
