PORT CHARLOTTE — An Arcadian man and woman were among three people arrested by the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Monday evening on drug charges.
According to CCSO’s report, a deputy observed a silver Mercedes SUV swerving on Veterans Boulevard and made a traffic stop. The driver, Manuel Angel Rolon, 41, told the deputy his license had been suspended three times. A check of the tag showed it was registered to a white Chevrolet.
