Allen Lee Shoup, 46, of Arcadia, Fla., passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, in Arcadia.

He was born Feb. 21, 1966, in Keokuk, Iowa.

Allen was a foreman for a deep sewer and water pipeline construction company. He enjoyed fishing, and shooting pool. Allen was described as a hard worker.

Survivors are his son, Alex Lee Shoup of Port Charlotte, Fla.; three brothers, Frank (Mary) Noble of Arcadia, Billy (Jane) Noble of Missouri, and Gary (Wayne) Noble of Iowa; sister, Tammi (Albert) Lyons of Texas; and father, Edgar Shoup of Hogansville, Ga. Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Edmondson Shoup.

Visitation will be conducted from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, from the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Wilson Funeral Home, 975 E. Main St., Kahoka, Mo. Burial will be at Sand Cemetery in St. Francisville, Mo.
