Fort Ogden is mourning the loss of dear friend Kavinna Jo. Jo lost her battle with cancer August 29, 2012 at age 57. We will miss her friendly smile and her love to ride motorcycles. Jo and Lewis Hay came to Fort Ogden in 1999. Jo had worked with the United State Postal Service in Nocatee as Postal Master Relief. She then took a full-time position with Great wide Transportation, transferred her position to Swift Transportation to stay here in Fort Ogden. She loved working and helping everyone around her.

Jo was preceded in death by her father William Nosler and the love of her life Lewis Hay Sr., and stepdaughter Katherine.

Jo leaves behind her family Terri Sumner, Gordon and Irma Hay, stepchildren Jacqueline and Lewis, step-grandchildren Nicholas, Matthew, Shelby, Charles, Alex and John, and caring neighbors, Jessie and Lisa Phillips.

Memorial service will be held for Jo at the Fort Ogden Cemetery Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 4PM.
