Veterans Day parade awards announced

Awards were given to the most outstanding groups who took part in this year’s Veterans Day Parade. A special thanks to the Vietnam Brotherhood for cooking hot dogs for the children at the end of the parade, and to American Legion Auxiliary Unit K11 for judging the parade. Appreciation is expressed to Ed Lyne, line-up coordinator, and Mary Lyne, announcer, for their help. The organizers also thank Adrian Cline for his help in allowing the youth of the school system come out to honor the veterans. Approximately 2,800 young people participated.
