Knights of Columbus, based at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Arcadia, visited veterans who are residents of Arcadia Oaks and DeSoto Health Rehab on Sunday. In the course of their visit, they gave Christmas gifts which were on the veterans’ Christmas wish lists. These wish lists were generated, thanks to the assistance and cooperation of the homes’ staff members.

In its third year, this gift-giving program is an ongoing effort by the Knights to recognize the veterans’ sacrifices and services to the country. Money used to purchase the gifts came from funds raised by the Knights.
