SARASOTA — Sixteen-year-old Wesley McKinley was an artist who was bright and lovable. His mom Peggy said Wednesday that Wesley was “the brother his friends wished they had and the friend everyone wanted.”

Peggy said her son still would be alive if he hadn’t been
hypnotized by former North Port High School principal George Kenney. Wesley committed suicide a year and a half ago.
