The art deco design will be monochromatic featuring black, white and chrome finishes by Martin Bru Two E  Two E, named for the bars location at 2 East 61st Street, is open daily from 11 a.m. - 1 a.m. and can accommodate up to 80 people at the standing bar and a comfortable arrangement of tables, all under the direction of Manager Irfan Haque.
