Across 192 from the Inn at Summer Bay, this is where all the property amenities are located. Across Highway 192 is the parent company and 400 acre luxury resort, Summer Bay Resort. The Dennys Restaurant across Highway 192 offers the guests staying at the Inn at Summer Bay 10 percent off all meals. The Inn is also 6 miles to Disney with free scheduled transportation. Chain restaurants, offering discounts, are all within a 3 miles radius. Disabled facilities are available upon request and include roll-in showers, larger entry ways, in-shower stool, grab bars, and a lower sink. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note, the front desk is open 24 hours a day and the housekeeping service schedule is from 9am-430pm. There is a fee of USD 7.00 per day, plus 12 percent tax.
