Frisco properties range from studios to 4 suite condos. They offer easy access to supermarkets, ski shops, bike rental, restaurants and nightlife, and feature great views of the surrounding mountains. Our properties are 5 minutes from Copper Mountain, 15 minutes from Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes from Arapahoe Basin, and 25 minutes from Vail. Frisco has Nordic Skiing, Tubing, Sleigh Rides, Biking, Hiking, Marina. Groups and weddings welcome. Some properties have pools. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site and we can tell you which complex you are staying in. We attempt to honor all special requests for specific complexes or bedding arrangements, unless we have limited availability. For one night stays in 1 and 2 bedroom units a cleaning fee is charged- USD 60.00 for 1 bedrooms, USD 100.00 for 2 Bedrooms. There are no one night stays in 3 bedroom units. Check-in is after 4pm. Pick up your check-in packet, keys and directions at 350 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, CO. Check out is 10am. Our office hours are 8am 5pm. Monday-Saturday and 10am 4pm Sunday. For after-hour check-ins, you must call our office during business hours 48 hours in advance to receive the lockbox code.
