In order to get a full refund, Customers have to contact the hotel at least 24 hours prier to the check-in time 4:00 PM local hotel time on the day of the arrival, or customer will be charged for one night's stay. No Exception. And for the reservations made within 24 hours of the check-in time 4:00 PM on the day of the arrival, if request for cancellation is made before the check-in time 4:00 PM, customers will be charged for half of their one night's stay total.
